The SIP-based IP video intercoms provide seamless, high-speed face recognition, ensuring only authorized residents and guests can enter, maximizing security while keeping access frictionless for residents.

2. Innovative Unmanned Smart Locker System

To solve the hassle of package deliveries without a 24/7 concierge, VBELL integrated an innovative Unmanned Smart Locker System. Couriers can drop off parcels without entering the secure residential area. They use the VBELL SIP intercom to call the resident, who can remotely unlock the smart locker via the VBELL mobile app. Residents receive automatic push notifications when a package arrives and can retrieve it using facial recognition or an access card. This completely eliminates the need for manual mail sorting by property managers.

3. Automated Electronic Tag Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging Management

The parking lot is equipped with an automated electronic tag garage access control system, eliminating the need for a remote control. The VBELL system records all vehicle entry and exit information and reserves space for future expansion with license plate recognition (LPR) functionality for visitor pre-registration.
